East Port Said Development (EPSD) is the developer and promoter for the new industrial area in East Port Said Special Economic Zone ep; the zone is located at Egypt’s most strategic location, the northern end of the Suez Canal. The company has been established by the Industrial Development Group (IDG), the National Service Project Organization (NSPO) , SAMCRETE and Hassan Allam Holdings.
Our strategic shareholder IDG owns and operates one of the most successful industrial parks in Egypt, e2; over an area of 3.1 million m2. e2 offers a unique formula of state‐of the‐art infrastructure, sophisticated facility management and a full range of exceptional business and community services designed to attract new businesses. While SAMCRETE and Hassan Allam Holdings have diversified to become a major force in the Egyptian construction industry.

Current Project
Engineering Square (e2), is one of the first fully integrated industrial parks in Egypt with industrial professionals managing the process end to end.
E2 is situated in the heart of the 6th of October City Industrial Zone on an area of 3 km².
Alamein Engineering Park (AEP), is currently under development on an area of 2.7 million SQM, in a premier location in the New Alamein City, only 110 km west of Alexandria City.
This park is being developed with sustainability as a key objective, striving to minimize environmental impact.
